Subscription Billing Failing:
Day 1: Account Warning
Day 14: Account Hold
Day 17: Account Suspended
Day 21: Account Termination

Account Warning:

  • If you fail to pay your app subscription fee you will receive an account warning. 
  • You have 2 weeks to update your information and pay for the app. 

Account on Hold: 

  • If your app subscription free has not been paid for after 14 days of attempts your account will be suspended.
  • You will receive an email notification to the address on file and will be notified within the app.
  • You will not be able to sync new products.
  • You have 3 days before your account is suspended. 

Account Suspended:

  • If your app subscription free has not been paid for after 17 days of attempts your account will be suspended.
  • You will receive an email notification to the address on file and will be notified within the app.
  • All open orders will be canceled.
  • Any new orders will be canceled and the associated products will be deleted from your storefront. 
  • You will not be able to sync new products. 
  • You have 4 days to update your billing information before your account is terminated 

Account Terminated

  • If your app subscription free has not been paid for after 21 days of attempts your account will be terminated.
  • You will receive an email notification to the address on file and will be notified within the app.
  • Your products have been deleted from your Shopify store. 
  • Your store will be reported to Shopify for failure to meet terms of service.
