To ensure customers receive their products in a timely manner we take the following measures when the billing method is not being completed successfully.  

Billing Failure:
Day 1: Account on Hold
Day 3: Account Suspended
Day 7: Account Terminated

Account on Hold: 

  • If your billing method fails all orders will be placed on hold until you update your billing information.
  • You will receive an email notification to the address on file and will be notified within the app.
  • You will not be able to sync new products.
  • You have 3 days before your account is suspended. 

Account Suspended

  • If your billing method has not been updated after 3 days of attempts your account will be suspended.
  • You will receive an email notification to the address on file and will be notified within the app.
  • All open orders will be canceled.
  • Any new orders will be canceled and the associated products will be deleted from your storefront. 
  • You will not be able to sync new products. 
  • You have 4 days to update your billing information before your account is terminated 

Account Terminated

  • If your billing method fails for 7 days your account will be terminated. 
  • You will receive an email notification to the address on file and will be notified within the app.
  • Your products have been deleted from your Shopify store. 
  • Your store will be reported to Shopify for failure to meet terms of service.
